Final costumes

We thought although we had vaguely put across the style of outfits we wanted from Eden, we thought for clarity giving her specific items was crucial so we could successful signify the message that we want to the audience and also to help establish a brand for our artist through the music video and also the two ancillary texts. Here are some of the ideas we conveyed to her:

This item is notably fashion conscious and would therefore create a 'star persona' which is a key element in Goodwin's music video theory.

Whilst this item seems plain it was actually crucial to our creative element because of the shots that we wanted in black and white and so we made it clear on which days we wanted her to wear this style of top.

As mentioned before establishing a brand was crucial for my artist hence the next denim jacket. That being said we didn't want the outfits to be repetitive and so we varied the colour to add another element to the music video.

What have I learned from this post?

This post was useful as I sent Eden outfit ideas after running them through with my group so that she had an idea of outfits to wear for photoshoots and the shoots for the music video.
